Did you notice any mental / physical changes entering your 30's

I'm late 20's I've always been really active and social. In my friendship group we range from 23-28 I've never noticed an age difference before until this last year. I've felt a massive shift in my mindset and body. I'm a lot more tired. I don't enjoy socialising as much. I still exercise and eat the same as before but I'm noticing my body changing slightly (cellulite, wrinkles, little aches and pains). After work I used to want to see friends and would look forward to nights out now I just want to hit the gym to unwind then get my PJ's on and watch TV. I guess I thought I'd be 21 forever.

In my 30’s I was diagnosed hypothyroid, so yes.

Honestly no but I had 2 little ones then so it blew everything else out of the water and I was desperate to continue socialising when possible!
Also I think I looked my best- mid 30s is prime for women, or can be. Don’t start looking at cellulite etc!

Honestly, no. Now I’m about to hit 40 I definitely see and feel changes. Maybe an MOT at GP would be a good plan? Bloods, thyroid check etc

No I didn't. I was a bit of a party animal until I had children at 35.
Now I'm late 40s and definitely tired and less sociable than I used to be.
