perineum still sore after years. What can i use?

I had a vbac 15 years ago, a 3rd degree tear with dissolvable stitches. All healed up nicely. But whenever i have sex in one certain position, it's hurts for a little while.

I am very sensitive in the downstairs dept. What can i use for it to heal properly??

I am 2 years on from birth with third degree tear and also experience localised pain during sex. I went to the doctors and was diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis. I have a mild steroid cream that I use when it flares up. Might be worth a trip to the GP?

I’d see the GP. They can give you a topical anaesthetic to use, or it may be you need the skin softening and stretching, or various other things.
