and cocoa bean apparently.

Only got it done because I bid for it at a school auction thingy.

Interesting though.

Anyone else had it done?

I didn't have an intolerance test but went to a GP who branched out into Homeopathy.

Very interesting diagnosis and technique and put me on an anti-candida/yeast diet... the things that contain sugar and yeast limited my diet so severely...

for cocoa bean ...

so are you still on said diet?

btw love ermabombeck!

Had it done a couple of years back.
Showed the usual suspects-wheat,dairy yeast, plus eggs and then odd things like blackberries, garlic, hazelnuts and black pepper.
I excluded them from my diet for about a month and then got bored.

I thought wheat would come up as well but no.

God you had loads arctic-what a pain and dull.

Basically, the diet allowed such a limited diet (lettuce anyone!) and it was the middle of winter, I put it off and I'm still breathing!!!

Hope the test advice helps, ggirl - bit of a bummer having to stay off cocoa so close to the choc fest that Easter becomes...

Where did you have the test done?
