15 mo's snot is bloody this morning - should I worry?

She's had a streaming cold for the past 5 or so days and a cough and low fever but generally fine. A bit grumpy but still enagaged and eating etc. This morning her snot is all bloody. Is this ok?? I gave her calpol night at 4am....

This is pretty normal, probably a nose bleed in the night? I assume it's just a bit of dark blood, she's not got blood flowing from her nose?

the cold has caused a bit of pressure inside her nose, causing it to bleed a little. Very normal. (happens to me a lot!)
