I've had this for a few months and it's still mega painful and not healing :( .. seeing my doctor next week
What could this be ?

My doctor allows you to send in photo via the NHS app and they triage accordingly. I would send that in and see what they say in your situation.

I don't think it is because there's no puss of fluid. The pic may look like that but it's deffo not x

How would I do this? It's the weekend so my doctors GP online thing is shut x

It’s dependant on your surgery. I use the NHS app to communicate with my surgery during working hours. Does yours allow you to text or email them?

Skin problems are notoriously difficult to diagnose so you need to see a GP. It could be anything from very simple (like fungal infection) to very serious (internal becoming visible on surface).

Get it seen in person ASAP. If you want someone to look quickly you can see if the pharmacist has any idea but my guess is they will tell you to see the GP.
