DD had conjunctivitis since weekend - when is OK to go swimming again?

DD has had conjunctivitis since last Fri/ Sat. She has been using the eye drops 4 times a day since Monday. No more gunk is in her eyes although they are still a bit bloodshot. She wears goggles when swimming but just wanted to know when would be OK to take her again?

I would think it would be OK now there is no more gunk?...maybe someone knows definitely though!
