Waves of pain over mid abdo.

Hello, just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this?

I'm having awful waves of pain over my mid stomach every 3-5 minutes - just above my belly button. Tried omezeperole, paracetamol and a drink of milk but nothing seems to be helping. No other symptoms apart from a bit nausea.

Don't want to bother 111 as it's not 'excrutiating' and I'm hoping it'll wear off soon?

Could it be trapped wind? Have you tried laying on your left hand side? That can make it easier to pass wind apparently, seems to work for me ☺️

Sorry I can't be of more help, hopefully someone will be along with some other advice soon

omezeperole builds up in your system rather than providing instant relief. You need some like rennies but for this low it’s more likely to be wind than heart burn. I would try buscopan. Also try warm water and various positions to release trapped wind.

Sounds like gallstones.
