Jumping sensation in abdomen - what could this be?

I had a baby in February and have been on the implant ever since, I also take the pill because my periods are so so heavy, so I’m pretty sure (/hoping!) i’m not pregnant. I came off my last period last week and since then I’ve kept feeling this uncomfortable jumping sensation in my lower right abdomen. It feels almost like a baby kicking. I panicked and have done two pregnancy tests and both came back negative. I’m trying to be sensible and tell myself a) I’m on two methods of contraception and b) if I was far along enough to be feeling movement then surely a pregnancy test would be showing positive?

I had a c section so I’m wondering if it could be something to do with the healing or something like that? it’s not painful but it is very uncomfortable and every time I get the feeling it makes me feel a bit panicky and anxious. I’ve phoned the GP but my appointment isn’t until next week.

My mind is just jumping between I’m pregnant - but how can I be - to maybe it’s a cyst or something growing?

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Air moving, or a nerve jiggling.
