any idea if you can take sudafed on top of paracetomol/ibuprofen?

yes, fine,
sudafed contains pseudoephedrine=decongestant

yes - don;t take mucron as it ussually contains paracetamol. And dont take sudafed if you diabetic.

so long as it isn't sudafed dual relief, which does contain paracetamol.
