any idea if you can take sudafed on top of paracetomol/ibuprofen?

yes - don;t take mucron as it ussually contains paracetamol. And dont take sudafed if you diabetic.

so long as it isn't sudafed dual relief, which does contain paracetamol.

And don't take it if you have medication for high blood rpessure
