has anyone else's dc had lots of red spots on hte bottom which have stayed for ages and appear to be itchy but have not spread?

My DD1 is 2 1/2 years old and still in nappies. She used to be in washables but since my dad got ill i have put her in disposables. could it be those? i guess i should take her to the GP?

I would think its a nappy rash thing
