Normal for 4 month year old baby?

Anyone know if it is normal for baby (4 months) to have a very noticeable, dark vein on the underside of his penis (runs from the base upwards, slightly off to one side). It doesn’t look “wrong” but it is just very dark and noticeable. This is our second child (first also a boy) but can’t remember what normal looks like, and it’s not the sort of thing Googling helps with much as most things it turns up are just complex medical diagrams!

My sons was like that and still is, he's 5 now so I'd say it's likely normal, do you still have a health visitor? Perhaps ask them for reassurance
