Is my vitamin B12 low ?

I have many of the symptoms and my recent blood test said my level was 171ug/l.

It says satisfactory on the results but I'm ready things that imply it is a low level?

It might be. You should ask for an active B12 test. There are other tests that can be done. If you have typical symptoms, you should be offered injections but once you start, the active B12 test is useless, so you might want to do that before testing.
