Just as the title says really! We're actually ttcing but I don't think this month is going to be the month , feels like period is due in next day or so.

There's a fairly gentle, stretchy yoga and pilates class at the gym and as I've been ratty, irritable and bloated all day I'm wondering whether it will help the PMS symptoms subside.

Or will I feel worse? And it is cold outside...I could just lie on the sofa watching tv and eating more digestives tonight instead...

Anyone have any experience of exercising to relieve PMS symptoms?

I normally do a very aerobic class tomorrow morning but I really really don't feel like that at all!

It usually makes me feel better if I exercise a little even though every bit me is saying 'I want to curl up with a hot water bottle, good book and a cup of tea'!

I was in just this dilemma today...had a bit of a sleep then went to gym. Very glad i did, feel much better. I can honestly say no matter how lousy I feel, and how much I might have to force myself to go, I never come out of an exercise class thinking 'I wish I'd never gone'!
