Sore ribs from coughing

I had a cough about 2 weeks ago. It was a really bad, mucousy, hacking kind. The cough has mostly gone but now my ribs hurt so much! I'm taking paracetamol, having daily warm baths and am using vicks as it's giving some relief to any straggly symptoms. Any other ideas?

Thank you. Unfortunately the last little bits to come up are now very painful. While it doesn't happen happen often, i now have to cough with my forehead on the floor. All my kids rush to come over and bang my back 😄 today I was coughing and really pulled something right under my breast. Due back to work on Monday so am taking things as easily as possible.
