Where should I go to sort a chronic long term shoulder muscle spasm?

It’s from a decade of physical work. It’s been with me around 15 years now. It ebbs and flows. The older I get the worse it gets. My partner can feel the knot of muscle in my shoulder blade and can ease the spasm by manipulating it.

id love to get Botox straight into it and get it to permanently relax but I’m not sure if I’m being too simplistic. In the past I’ve tried. Two different Chiropractors and a physical therapist, but it’s still there giving me shit.

Sports massage?
Accupressure?

I don’t know but I have similar and am interested in the Botox option. I’ve only been able to find Harley St places that offer botox for pain whereas botox for wrinkles is everywhere!

Try an Osteopath. Totally different to a Chiropractor as they deal with all the bones. Not just spine.

Mjne also does acupuncture during the appointment.

Private shoulder specialist? I saw one for double frozen shoulders last year after faffing about with physios for months.

Sports massage.

i had a rotator cuff injury for over a year and a very experienced therapist fixed it in about 6 sessions.

I was thinking sports massage as well. It’s just fixable as a 2 minute massage on the area sorts it temporarily . I’ve been told it’s a build up of scar tissue in the area that needs breaking down.
