I have these spells that last a few days or weeks of strange head dizziness. The best way to describe it is feeling like you are sort of on rollecoaster - that kind of ticklish slightly dizzy feeling which comes on when i move. Recently I started having that exact sensation both in my head and my mouth / tongue. It's freaking weird. Anyone else out there like me?
