She's so miserable, she's teething (I think) and has a very runny nose, she's woken up in the night (very unlike her) and is crying lots, when she does a big breath in I can hear it rasping, she sounds like she has a very dry sore throat. Also her sheet was very wet, I think she's been dribbling a lot.
I've given her some milk and I think she's calming down and will go back to sleep, but what can give her except Calpol? She's got a slight temp, but really only mild, is there anything she can have to ease her throat?
