Morning, a filling and practically half my tooth fell out last night whilst I was eating. It's a big tooth3rd from back. Prev root canal, there's no pain yet so wondering if I should use a temp filling kit until I can get into dentist, I don't think the tooth can be saved now so not particularly bothered about causing further damage as will need extracting but it's come away right up to gum line so worried about infection. I react badly to antibiotics allergic to penicillin and can only take clarithromycin without ending up in A&E so really need to avoid it getting to the stage where I need to treat an infection. Can anyone offer me any advice please ?
