CGM monitor DIY book recommendation

Can anyone help me out?

I few months back there was a thread about the Zoe food and nutrition programme. A poster said it was very overpriced and that people could by a Libre CGM for £60 and use a specific book to access the information needed.

I've been trawling through old Zoe threads and cannot find the post I am looking for.

Can anyone help?
