Does anyone know what this inner ear pain is? I just finished from having rhino virus and now have this severe inner ear pain and I can hardly chew anything

Secondary infection? I'd see a doctor tbh. My elderly mum has hearing damage from a secondary ear infection following a flu a few years ago.

Virus can move into the ear channel. The pain can be nasty. Use OTC medicine like paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain. Solpadeine is strong and effective good if you can take that.

to help with the pain: a warm hot water bottle held against your ear; protect it from cold drafts with a scarf; don’t let water get in your ear when you shower for a while. Drink lots and lots of warm drinks and soup. Rest.

Look up ear ache on NHS website and if it doesn’t clear up in a week you could get it looked at by a GP.
