HELP PLEASE

have been feeling crap all day and have started to have a brown discharge! looks like old blood but am terrified its the start of another miscarriage! what shall i do.? DH says im looking to far into it but im terrified1 HELP

thanks guys! have had a very lazy day with dh at home and doing everything with regards the mindees! we both were so scared last night and thanks wigwambam for being the nag and making me ring the docs cos they made me go str8 to the epu! No blood or any discharge today at all so am now thinking i did overreact but am calmer knowing the epu have given me thumbs up for now and atleast i have a scan date! have been talking to the man upstairs (GOD) and apologising for not talking to him alot but asking and promising to be a good mummy etc..... maybe he will listen this time! ok am going back to my big cosy armchair where my dh has a big fan and glass of milk for me!!

Somebody had to nag you, honey, and it might as well have been me . You didn't over-react, it was important to get it checked out and I'm glad you did.

Don't get obsessed with resting - it's lovely but it really doesn't seem to make any difference. So stay cosy and inert if you want to but don't feel guilty if you get bored. ANY bleeding in pregnancy is called a 'threatened miscarriage' - it's not really a diagnosis.

Could be cervical erosion? I had something similar 6 weeks (dd now 15 months) - didn't go for a scan - just got examined briefly by the GP who said that everything seemed fine, said I had some cervical errosio, told me to take a few days off and rest up...oh and also avoid sex for a week or two just in case.

Hope everything goes ok with the scan though - will be thinking of you.
