Has anyone had this procedure done ? and if so how were you after the op and how long were you off work ? thankyou

I’ve had a shoulder arthroscopy. I was off for about 6 weeks, could have gone back earlier but sitting at my desk and hovering over my keyboard would have made my arm ache and probably wouldn’t have helped my recovery. It’s so important, IMO, to use all your energies to exercise post op to get the best outcome.
