White rough patch near vagina (sorry if tmi)

I was in the shower earlier and while washing "down below" thought the skin around my vagina felt a bit rough. Doesn't itch or hurt at all. I inspected with my mirror and can see a small, white, raised patch along the edge of the vagina opening. There are a couple more even smaller white patches nearby but they don't appear raised or rough at all.

Googling suggests lichen sclerosus but doesn't that itch? I'm wondering if just a bit of dry skin but doesn't look flakey really, just white and a bit rough feeling. I will obviously monitor and show GP if still there in a couple of weeks but wondered if anything to worry about?

I would see a G.P now personally, get a formal diagnosis and treatment if needed. Might be nothing, but better to be safe than sorry.

Thank you, I will.

Just a thought though, I did have a very bad episiotomy that took ages to heal followed by a tear with DC2 3 years later. It was 20 years ago but my perineum has never been quite the same since. It can still bleed occasionally and come to think of it was a bit bumpy (scar tissue?). I've not looked at it for years but do recall the scar being white. I'm now well into perimenopause so wonder if perhaps the hormonal changes caused some new issues in the area?
