20m - won't eat or drink - what to do?

she has had a fever & been offcolour for last 36 hours. Is now happier in herself - not 100% but better than she has been BUT won't eat or drink anyhitng. she has had 3oz milk today. have tried different bottles/beakers, also diluted juice/fruit puree evn icecream but no good - has a screaming fit.
what to do - if anything? TIA

Have you called NHS Direct for advise - think I would as a double check.

It could be hand, foot and mouth.. are there any little spots?

If she shows signs of dehydrations, take her to the GP or A&E
