Hi Mums,
I am a mum of 2 in my late 30s, and now that both my kids are back to school I really want to start my fitness journey. My fitness goal is to loose the tummy and generally tone up everywhere & increase muscle mass. I am not currently overweight, if anything I am thin with excess weight around my stomach. I cant do much in the line of running/walking/high impact aerobics due to back issues so I'm thinking weight training is the way to go. However, due to having 2 large babies naturally, I have a really weak pelvic floor and stress incontinence sometimes when I run/sneeze etc. any recommendations on what types of exercise would be best for me? I don't want to waste money on a gym membership or personal trainer if I'm not going to be able continue with weight training due to leaks. I am starting pilates classes next week which I hope will help with my pelvic floor issue, but want something more intense to help with the weigh loss. Thanks everyone for any insight.
