(sensitive pics of wound )surgical incision infected?

I Have these laparoscopic incision sites that I'm not sure if they look as they should. One looks like the glue has gone yellow and crusty. Slightly weepy. The one in my belly button is just sore with a huge scab. Then the third has started to hurt and go red around the edges of the scab.
My gp prescribed antibiotics and said if I start to feel unwell then collect them from the pharmacy . I'm unsure whether to get them anyway? I've been feeling flushed but not got a temp. A little bit of nausea but I'm quite tired so could be that. Just don't want to take things unnecessary 😕

The second two look ok to me
(Although am not a medical professional). The first one, have you tried bathing it with warm salty water a few times a day?

Although obviously if you are worried then go and get the medicine.

I’m a surgeon. Difficult to say for sure from your pics.
number two is perfect.
number one looks like it may be wet - is there any wetness/ smell?
number three just looks a bit crusty probably ok.

I would ask your practice nurse to look F2F

Thank you. Yes it is wet as in it starting oozing today. Will get someone to look. Although they're closed till after the Bank holiday now. Might start antibiotics then call on Tuesday if no better.
