Who can I see to identify if my issues are stress related?

Hi!
So I've had loads of physical issues for year now and they are getting worse. I barely have a day where I am symptom free. Amongst other things are fatigue, all over body aches, back ache, hormonal issues. I know therapy can help like CBT but I mean is there someone you can see who specialises in it? I've had constant blood tests, scans etc etc. This is two years of back and forth to drs. All obvious things have been ruled out.

Have you asked your GP ?
My DH was feeling unwell, had many scans/ bloods etc which all came back negative. He refused to believe it was mental, but in the end, because doctors were losing interest basically, he agreed to try antidepressants and that was the cure for him. He had CBT as well, which he didn’t find helpful.

Yes I'll try my GP. I just find them quite useless. I've heard CBD oil can help too. Not sure I'd like to be on meds (have been in the past) but maybe just temporarily to see if all of this clears and then I'll know for sure. Yes I have tried CBT before and it helped with things but not sure it will this bc apart from the physical things, my mental health seems absolutely fine! Thank you for your reply! It's made me think about trying meds!
