What to use to treat contact dermatitis

I think my mum has contact dermatitis - see photos. Does anyone know what might be good to use on it?

For context she is elderly and quite anxious / wrings her hands a bit. I suspect she might also have not rinsed soap off her hands properly. She also has Alzheimer's so others will he having to reapply the cream for her and keep trying to instruct her on what she should / shouldn't do.

To add it seems to be in the creases where fingers meet hands on several fingers of both hands. Plus the finger's themselves look very dry and are cracking in a couple of the joints.
