Any doctors around? What is this up my nose??

One of my nostrils always feels a little blocked so I had a look up my nose. This is on the opposite nostril. What the hell is it?? I'm terrified I have nasal cancer (I have some facial numbness that may be due to bruxism, but no nosebleeds, mucus, ear pain).

It could be nasal polyps (these are almost always benign) or your nasal turbinates that are swollen because of an allergy etc. I wouldn't worry, but see your GP.

Sorry, I forgot to say that I am not a doctor, but I had similar- originally it was diagnosed as nasal polyps by 2 GPS, but then an ENT consultant confirmed that my turbinates were swollen (and in combination with a septum deviation, my nose felt blocked a lot of the time). Good luck.
