Cotton bud stuck in ear :/

I've just got the end of a cotton bud completely stuck in my ear.. it's not visible.. any suggestions what could shift it? Work 8-6 tomorrow, no chance of going to docs..

Kid on the news recently who'd been deaf for eight years because of just this. You should have seen the cotton bud they pulled out, ugh!

It is with great delight that I tell you my cotton bud is no longer with me!
DP removed it with some tweezers the following night.
Worst part was I was 'deaf' in one ear for a day.
No infection and no A&E. Ho ho ho.

glad it is out, just keep an eye on it - it was a week after that my infection appeared, hope you don't get any after effects.
