What are these sores? Unpleasant pic

Wondering if anyone knows what might be causing these sores?

For context, I'm middle aged, menopausal and also have adenomyosis. I've had a sore stomach this week and this morning, I noticed these sores have appeared around my bum. Could it all be related?

Could it be a sweat rash ?

Really hard to tell from the photos. Herpes? Can’t tell if they are small blisters which could be herpes?

I don't think it's a sweat rash. It's come on very suddenly.

Impetigo?

Jock itch can appear in this area and with round defined areas. OTC clotrimazole will clear it. It's a fungal infection, very common. It can recur frequently. Good washing, better drying and a talc to prevent excess moisture in the longer term.
