Why is my skin always like this? - pics

Always lighter patches, not on surface, looks like under the skin. People have noticed it and commented on it! Mainly arms, neck, chest and back really….

Also, the fourth photo with blood spots - these appear quite easily if I scratch - usually legs. I’ve had blood tests regarding other medical matters a few months ago and all looked fine with those.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

The last one looks like petachie. You can always ask to have bloods re done if this is a new thing.

First few photos could be a skin fungus known as tinea versicolor (sometimes known as pityriasis versicolor). It's caused by a skin fungus that lives on everyone's skin, but for some people it goes into overdrive & shows up as white patches predominantly on your chest, upper arms & back. You notice them more if tanned as the white patches won't tan. It's treatable with anti fungal creams like Daktarin & anti fungal shampoos too & GP can prescribe tablets too. It isn't contagious but does take a while to treat & fade & can return too. Best ask your GP to diagnose. Not sure what fourth photo is.

I thought maybe tinea versicolor too. Agree that the 4th picture is something else entirely. Either way you need to see your GP.
