Private health - can I take my results else where

I am currently under the care of a private consultant.

I have had an MRI and EEG but can't get a follow up with him until the 7th of September and it is essential I have an appointment prior to then.

Is it possible to request the results/reports from the tests and see a different consultant elsewhere?

The hospital I am at has really pissed me off.

Yes absolutely but you'd need an agreement code from your insurer prior to seeing someone else, otherwise they may not pay for it.
