Does anyone take the WellWoman vitamins? Sleep question

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now, usually last thing at night. It does say with a main meal however I’m usually still full from eating so assume it’s ok.
However I’ve been struggling badly with getting to sleep since starting them and I am wondering if they are the cause.
Has anyone else experienced this? I did have a look at the reviews but didn’t find much correlation

I’ve been taking the Wellwoman original for years and I’ve not had a problem sleeping. If you can’t take it straight after a meal, could you try taking it during the meal, before you feel too full and see if that makes a difference?

I haven't tried these vitamins but I know that some supplements can keep me awake especially vitamin b so I never take them before bed.

Yes, to be honest it’s more a laziness thing that I don’t take them directly with a meal! I have my tablets in a drawer next to my bed so it’s usually when I’m in bed I always remember to take them. I’ll try taking them with a meal, as the instructions suggest!

I used to take well woman (but stopped because the tablets were so huge I felt like I was going to choke). Never had the sleep thing.

B vitamins taken before bed can cause sleep disturbance
