Breast fibrosis / breast pain anyone?

I am in my 40’s and I’ve been through the one stop breast clinic twice now, with nothing sinister found. both times I went to GP as one of my breasts is hard, lumpy and often painful or stingy. I can’t wear many bras at all as they all irritate the tissue all around my ribs too, which seems to be super sensitive. The breast looks normal otherwise.

I’ve had a total hysterectomy with my ovaries in tact so I am not sure if this is hormone related.

They told me I had a large knotted band of fibrous tissue in a ridge across the top of my breast, also just the tissues inside were ‘sensitive’ so not wear underwires bras - which I can’t. However my breast/armpit has flared up again recently and I am in pain with it all the time. It feels like something is ‘there’ under my armpit but nothing is there, also it just feels stingy and sensitive all over my breast not in any specific location or a lump you can feel.

I am feeling on edge a lot thinking what if is now something to be concerned about. Also what is causing it? How can I alleviate it? I really don’t want to keep wasting anyone’s time keep going back if nothing can be done. Does anyone else have this? Any tips?
