I feel terrible, but know he needs them

Poor little chap.

Is he crying a lot? My DS1 sailed through his but DS2 would be OK for a couple of hours and then get upset and cry for a couple of hours after his injections. I think they made his arm hurt - I remember having tetanus myself and it isn't nice. Only Calpol worked but it took a while to kick in.

Hope he is feeling better soon.

he is fine if i am cuddling him. DD2 had her preschool one today too (a bit late at aged 6. bad mummy) and she is moaning about her arm hurting.

Maybe some children are more affected by it than others. I don't remember DS1 complaining about his arm at all with his pre-school booster (although he screamed the place down having it done)

DS2 on the other hand was obviously in pain a couple of hours after having it done a couple of months ago, just as when he was a tiny baby.

It is horrible though - you know you need to get them done but you feel so mean doing them.

Is it worth giving Callum some Calpol before he has his third lot of injections? Only one more set to go for a while at least.
