Can any GPs or gynaecologists advise?

Hi,

I have just received vaginal microbiome results which state I have high levels of enterococcus and ecoli bacteria and no lactobacilli, meaning I have aerobic vaginitis. They suggested antibiotic treatment for the ecoli and enterococcus. Where should I take my results for treatment? My local sexual health centre says online they won’t prescribe for tests not run by the NHS and my GP told me she had never heard of aerobic vaginitis before. Any help would be greatly appreciated
