Freaking out urgent referral following scan help pls

Hi all I'm 36....no periods ten years ago had a small cyst no symptoms until last couple of months. Referred for a scan and GP called today with the results. Report attached as picture. Urgent referral gone through. I'm freaking out I have two kids. Can anyone decipher this report for me please? GP was very non committal

Try not to panic, easier said than done I know. my dr said gynae waits are so long these days that any woman with anything slightly out of the ordinary gets an urgent referral so they are seen without a wait of several months, but even a complex cyst doesn’t automatically mean cancer.

Unlike simple cysts, complex ovarian cysts are solid or irregular masses. Types of complex masses include endometriomas, dermoids and cystadenomas. Although there is a complex ovarian cyst cancer risk, these masses won't necessarily lead to cancer either.
