Any ideas what this is on scalp?

I've got 2 red lumps/spots on the back of my head that are sore if I touch them any idea what they are?

I don't think it's an insect bite.. I've never seen shingles, I'm not unwell with it though? Just 2 random sore spots.. will go to pharmacy tomorrow incase
