I noticed a sore patch of skin yesterday after swimming. I assumed it was athletes foot so put daktarin cream on. As the evening went on it became more and more sore, possible the cream irritated it. This morning the red patch had grown and I’m wondering if I should be concerned?
I took picture one before bed and picture two this morning.
