Less than a month ago I had never have a joint "crack", or click or pop. Now my ankles and knees do it all the time and my wrist and shoulder have just started today. I've googled and it's not apparently something terrible but I'm worried. Anyone else had this. Thanks

Are you getting enough rest? Mine do that when I haven't slept enough.

Yes!!! I sound like a glow stick when I move again after sitting down. Mainly my ankles and am so worried it's arthritis. 🫣

Are you peri menopausal? Could be that, my wrists and ankles and hips got really painful at this time and I didn’t realise what it was at first.

I'm 52. So probably just post-menopausal. Just weird it all started within a week. It even makes it hard to get to sleep as you roll over and it's click click.

Yikes, am 48 and think I'm peri.
How weird! I sound like a stolen Lime bike 🚲
