Should i be putting anything on dd's 5wks milk spots ?

She has had them since around 2 weeks. They are all over her face, neck, ears and head. I haven't used anything up to now as i expected them to go. However her skin is really dry with them and some of them look like they have a yellow crust on whils others have yellow heads.

Don't think you should put anything on them but I would check with your health visitor. Aqueous cream is what they seem to recommend for everything skin related ...

Breast milk is good for them just dab it on but failing that I left ds's alone and just washed his face regulary with cotton wool and water. On the yellow ones I put a tiny dab of fucidin on. He's 8 weeks on Thursday and his skin is a bit dry but most of the spots are gone.
