What can i use to shift the dried out shampoo on my DD's head

ive tried to rinse it out good using the shower but it still on her head

i did thought she had nits but ive checked a few times and nothing there

Are you sure its shampoo? Not maybe glue of somekind? I would think that if you have the patience to comb it out once its dry. But the fact that water does not shift it sounds like you might not be dealing with shampoo.

lol!! def not glue! as she had it for a while now.

As its not cradle cap as it itches her. ill put some baby oil in her hair tonite to see if that will shift it b 4 ill shampoo it
