myself and my dp try continuously and fail miserably to eat more healthily and drink less(i dont drink) and excersize more, my mum has diabetes, osteo arthritus and other probs, my dp's estranged father had a stroke at an early age(but we cant get to meet/he wont meet, so we cant get more info)

now i know its not the best way, i know we DO need to change but does anyone know of any vitamins/suppliments we could start taking to help while we trudge our way into being healthier??..i have heard omega 3 is good for heart disease? and calcium/cod liver oil for bones and joints...anything you could reccomend???
