My norks hurt, but why?

For about a week they've been sore, kind of achey. I'm not pregnant or ovulating. They feel tender and uncomfortable. Don't really want to go to dr just for oddly aching tits.

Anyone got a clue what it could be?

defo not pregs? AF not due in next week or so?

Have you done any unusually active exercise recently that jiggled them around more than they are used to?

Do your bra's fit properly?

If neither of these, are you positive it is not hormonal?

AF due in a week, but never had this before. Had early miscarriage last month.

with MC so recent i would say hormonal leading up to AF. Is is down the sides of your boobs, under your arms?

Agree with Meeely it may be hormonal related to recent MC (sorry to hear about that). I often get sore, swollen boobs the week before AF, so it is not unusual for me.

It's kind of across the middle and down sides.

I guess that makes sense, maybe it's hormones behaving weirdly. Being pg is the only time it's felt like this, so having miscarried 3 weeks ago it feels a bit weird.
