Day 6 of this - GP?

Thursday last week I got a sudden onset feeling like I was about to have the worst watery diarrhoea, sharp stomach pains, muscle spasms in my back etc. Nausea. I rushed to the toilet and nothing happened. And thats how I've been since! It's waking me up at night multiple times, it's happening throughout the day. The nausea has gone but I have intense headaches with it and the headache when not intense is constantly there as a dull ache
I have been going to the toilet a little more often... maybe 3 or 4 times a day as opposed to 1. But not diarrhoea and i feel like I'm only going more because I'm spending so much time sat on the toilet hunched over in agony praying that something happens to ease the pain!
Is there such thing as a bug that causes this without the actual sickness and diarrhoea, just the pain and headache?
I covid tested last night and was neg.
I have a really important event Friday and now I'm starting to stress, been up since 4.30am with the same symtoms for the 6th day :(
Thanks

Complete stab in the dark, but I get a similar sensation if I take multivitamins or iron on an empty stomach. Sudden onset waves of nausea. Then general hungover/morning sickness feeling throughout the time I take anything pill shaped with iron in.

Assuming you aren't taking an iron supplement, yes definitely get to the GP. It could be something mechanical in your innards rather than a virus (eg narrowed part of intestine or something. I don't know, I am not a doctor!)

Hi @AvaCallanach thanks so much for responding.
No I've not been taking any supplements at all. This has just come out of nowhere :(

Dragging on but Have you given your stomach a rest and stopped eating for a few days?

Sounds a bit constipation/wind as well
