Child wobbly teeth and mouth ulcer

Hi my 6 year old has two wobbly teeth at the bottom and one at the top. The bottom one is pressing into the back of her lip and is now causing an ulcer and she’s finding it painful. She has a dentist appointment next month. It’s also difficult for her to brush which I’ve been doing with cotton buds. Does anyone have any advice on what will help? Thanks

How wobbly is wobbly? Can you/she yank the loose ones out so they're not in the way?

Big Teeth mouthwash is good (I'm nearly 50 and still use it because it doesn't taste as 'strong' as that adult ones!). Or salty water but that's a bit 🤢

Anbesol liquid is better than gels for applying to ulcers as well. Stings a bit initially but really helps.
