Could anyone help to put these symptoms together?

Just wondered if anyone would be able to put these symptoms together, I have rang each morning at 8.00 for a docs appointment for 8 days now and am stil no closer to getting one! It’s for my 13yo dd

  • mouth ulcers constantly
  • her muscles ache all of the time
  • her joints click, eg when she stands up her ankles will crack
  • she goes dizzy when she stands up, she was slightly anaemic last time I managed to get her to the doctors but had iron for three months but still goes dizzy when she stands up
has anyone got any ideas at all please? I want to make my next doctors appointment count and push for some answers?

B12 deficiency

Agree with B12. Or iron. Push for bloods.

Thankyou she had bloods about four months ago and they gave her iron but she is no better at all.

Apart from the anaemia I had all these at the same age (most still now) and it has been put down to hyper mobility. My ulcers are worse when stressed or run down, normally ulcers are the first sign I'm starting with a cold/throat infection. May sound a random question but does she have flat feet? Doctors have said the main reason for ankles clicking and now I'm older knee/back issues is due to flat feet which is a sign of my hyper mobility x

@Gabby10 Thankyou, im not sure if she is flat footed or not but will certainly check tomorrow and speak to the doctor about this also.

It may not be related but I know my knees started hurting/burning in winter around the age of 15 and it was just put down to that but weather that was because they already knew about it rather than doing actual tests I'll never know as it's just something I've got use to as I've got older. If she does have flat feet and they tell her to wear insoles please make sure she does, I didn't and I'm sure that's why my knees are so bad, I'm 31 and feel like I have the knees of a 90 year old 😂x
