Anyone know what this could be?
It's on the ball of my foot, it's been a bit sore for a few weeks but hurts with every step now! It's tender when I apply any pressure...

Looks like debris and the skin has grown over it. Happened to me once with a piece of stone, I didn’t realise for months that something was in there.

have you been outside barefoot recently?

Misslizzie96 · 03/07/2023 21:01

Kind of looks like an old verucca to me. You could try putting the dots on it and seeing what appears in a few days.

DustyLee123 · 03/07/2023 21:27

Yeah. Looks like a verruca under there

AgnesVv · 03/07/2023 21:44

Looks like a verruca to me, I've had several.
My experience is that they hurt to start with for a few weeks then it gradually eases off and I forget about them. They disappear on their own but it takes a year or two.

Either a verruca or a seed corn. See a chiropodist if it's a corn.

Corn

Whatwaste · 03/07/2023 22:11

Thanks so much!

No idea where I could have picked up a verruca, - I have been barefoot in the house and could have potentially stood on something that's got stuck, and I'll Google seed corn!

Really helpful to narrow it down a bit thanks again
