Recomendations for wrist splints for carpal tunnel syndrome

As in the title looking for recommendations for wrist splints. Amazon has about a million and one of them and I need effective and comfy ones as I have a baby to carry and I'm an artist by trade so it's very important that I heal and rest the hand well.

I'm interested in this too - I've trawled Amazon and I'm none the wiser!

I found they didn't help much but you need one with a metal splint (which you can remove if you want) to wear at night.
